Youth Series: Grade 6-10, Adv. STEAM

Service Description

This session of our youth series is for the older kids ages around 12-16/grades 6-10. We will explore more of what STEAM means. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture and Math) A greater appreciation for those fields of work/study and how they are interdependent with each other. We will continue looking at the areas of Agriculture, Communication, Transportation, Energy and Power and Construction. Additional design projects and competitions are to be expected during this time. The majority of this class will be hands on in the learning center and in the garden, so dress appropriately for the weather.
