What would a pioneer farmstead be like without the family cow? In other parts of the world the same is said of the dairy goat. We will learn about and experience making products with milk. Yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, buttermilk and basic cheese will be explored and demonstrated how to prepare. Be sure to attend this class and you will be on your way to making dairy products in your own kitchen.
