Want to start a garden from scratch? Take this class for a hands on experience at Dearing Country Farms... We will look at how early pioneers established their ground and how to use that knowledge along with with modern amenities of today to do it yourself. What type of land to look for and what resources you will need nearby. From clearing the land, prepping the soil, seeding, cultivating, and harvest, to the storage of your crops. We will also look at weed and pest management, fencing and irrigating your garden. A must have for the do it yourself gardener. *Hands on... in the garden*
