Orchard, Berries, Jams and Jellies

Service Description

Orchards, Berries, Jams and Jellies takes a journey from designing an orchard, planting, trimming and maintenance of the plants to harvest. Post harvest processing, storage and adding value through making products will be discussed. We will tour the orchard at Dearing Country Farms and shown proper tree trimming and discuss orchard management. A hands on component will be the making and canning of a jam or jelly.
