We are proud to announce we have been awarded one of the RFSI Grants from the USDA.
​The purpose of the Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure (RFSI) program is to build resilience in the middle of the food supply chain, to provide more and better markets to small farms and food businesses, to support the development of value-added products for consumers, fair prices, fair wages, and new and safe job opportunities.

Our commitment to Regenerative, Sustainable and Organic Standards will continue and grow.

Our intent is to remodel our machine shed into a more professional and safe facility to process and store food products. Among the improvements will be:
- Remodeled interior (flooring, walls, ceilings lighting, AC, Heat, etc)
- Certified Kitchen
- Walk in cooler and freezer
- Produce wash area
- Packaging and Storage space
- Customer Parking

Things to look for in the future at Dearing Country Farms:
- More produce, melons, fruit, berries and herbs offerings.
- Value Added Products:
- Pickles, Salsas, Dressings, Sauces, Condiments, etc.
- Soups
- Beef Tallow
- Lunch meats
