Breakfast with the Goats!
Come have a relaxing morning at our farm! Spend some time watching and interacting with our goats, chickens, sheep and other members of our farm family. We will have coffee, tea and water available as well as a light breakfast pastry and fruit. Discussions and opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation activities such as deep breathing, grounding (earthing) and positivity will be available. We may also take a look at the gardens and see whats coming up and ready for the week.
